How do I download designs to my iPad or smartphone?

Shop from any device! All orders and downloads are always associated with your account.

For best results, only download designs onto a computer (laptop or desktop) as other devices don’t allow you to easily copy to a USB drive. Or, using PS Connect, you can download designs directly to your Pro-Stitcher tablet.

If you must use an iPad, other Apple products, a smartphone, or device other than your laptop or desktop, save the designs into a cloud account, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, to access once you are near your computer.

If your robotic longarm is equipped to connect to the internet, shop directly from your longarm tablet OR access your cloud account that holds your designs from that tablet.
